• Story content is designed to be age-appropriate, safe, and soothing for children aged 3–5.
• We reserve the right to improve, update, or modify the service at any time.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One account is intended for one family household.

• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied.

• The unlimited stories plan is subject to fair personal household use.
• Tuck Me In Stories reserves the right to limit usage that significantly exceeds normal household consumption.
• The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

• AI-generated stories are created fresh for each session and are not stored after the session ends.
• We do not guarantee that every generated story will meet your expectations, though we work hard to ensure consistent quality.
• Story content is filtered to be safe and age-appropriate, but we cannot guarantee perfection in every generated story.

• The Tuck Me In Stories name, design, and concept are the property of the founder.
• The piano music used in the service is performed and owned by the founder and may not be reproduced or distributed.

• Tuck Me In Stories is provided “as is”.
• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

• We may update these terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
