At Tuck Me In Stories, we take your family's privacy seriously. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We've kept it short and plain so you can read it in a few minutes.

We collect email addresses for account creation and login. That's the only personal account information we store.

When you create a story, you may provide details about your child — their name, age, pet, and favourite things. This information is used solely for the purpose of generating that personalised story and is not stored beyond the current session.

To create each bedtime story, we use a small number of trusted partners:

• Claude AI (Anthropic) generates the personalised story text.
• ElevenLabs provides the voice narration.
• Stripe handles subscription payments and renewals. Your payment details are stored securely by Stripe in accordance with their Privacy Policy. We do not store payment card details ourselves.

We do not sell or share personal data with any third parties beyond the service providers listed above, who process information only to deliver the features you've asked for.

We use cookies for essential site functionality only — things like keeping you signed in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

This policy applies to children's data in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Tuck Me In Stories is designed for parents to use on behalf of their children. Information about a child is provided by the parent, used only to generate that night's story, and is not retained afterwards.

You can request deletion of your account and any data we hold by emailing us at hello@tuckmeinstories.com. We'll take care of it promptly.
